- Phyllanthus emblica, also known as emblic, emblic myrobalan myrobalan, Indian gooseberry, Malacca tree, or amlafrom Sanskrit amalaki is a deciduous tree. All parts of Amla tree are useful, its leaves, roots, fruits, seeds, bark, and flowers are used to prepare a variety of items like juice, chutney, jam, infusions, lotions, concentrates, herbal teas and other natural concoctions.
- PRETREATMENT: Seeds are soaking in water for 24 hours or Seeds are put it in cowdung slurry for 48 hours .

- GERMINATION PERCENTAGE ; 90 – 95 %
- NURSERY TECHNIQUE : Pretreated seeds are directly put in Polybags or Pretreated seeds are sowing to mother bed with the provision of overhead shads. Seeds are GERMINATION WITH IN 20 TO 25 DAYS
